Online data entry job from Oxylite

Company name oxylite called me promising me to provide job online make me to sing online agreement which i have attached with this complaint and afterwards they haven’t provided me user id and password to perform job . Now they have lodge some case for breaching agreement that i have not perform job they where therating me to going legal. please help me out

Refund from Shopclues – Rs.15,990/- : Amit Kumar Nath of Surapet, Vinayagapuram ordered a 32 inch samsung LED tv on shopclues.com on 23rd Jan,2016. vide order no 873104317. As per shopclues the material was shipped through beacon surface carrier and expected delivery date date was between 6th feb, 2016 to 9th feb,2016.
