Online fraud by delivering wrong product

I have ordered a set of 3 women watch from Watchsmith.co on 06/05/2019. The mentioned order was for 3 Titan watches and was costing 1298 rupees. However, when I opened the parcel, the item is of some duplicate company and are of very cheap quality. Even they are not at all same as they have shown on the website. They are not replying to my emails. I have seen on the internet that the same fraud has already happened to others. Please help me to get the refund and also save others to become the victim. I have attached the detailed pictorial proof for the same.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
