Online fraud sales by instagram channel

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase made from an online Instagram shop. On [04/02/2024], I ordered a pair of shoes advertised on their profile. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was not as described. Instead of the expected quality footwear, I received ordinary shoes of significantly lower value.

Despite my attempts to contact the seller regarding this issue, I have not received any response. It is evident that I have been a victim of misrepresentation and a scam.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience and seek your assistance in addressing the matter. I urge you to investigate this fraudulent activity and take appropriate action against the seller. Additionally, I request guidance on how to proceed with seeking a refund or resolution for this fraudulent transaction.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
