Online Prepaid purchase but order not delivered

I purchased flipkart gift card from yes pay wallet on 21 Dec 2017. Money was deducted from my wallet successfully but flipkart didn’t issued any gvs on my email. Than i contacted yes pay wallet they told that we have remitted money to flipkart & they send me snapshot of the successful remittance. Now Flipkart is not replying for the same concern & they hold my money for approx 1 month. I urgently need my money because i have to pay Mediclaim in next month.
