I have purchased “Schneider One Business Rollerball Pen 0.6 – Pack of two” from an amazon.in seller named “SRI VEERA VENKATA SATYANARAYANA MEDICAL & GENERALS” for 298 rs, but they sent me 1 linc meeting gel pen of 10 rs. I have open a case on them on amazon.in and also sent an email regarding the fault but they are not responding.Please help.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund.
