Optics Sunglasses Not refunding money after wrong product delivery

I have ordered a sunglasses from Optics Sunglasses and after the order confirmation they deliver 2 sunglasses to me but when I unboxing it it is completely different what I ordered from that website . As usual as the product didn’t suits me, I want the refund, when I contacted the company 95xxx xxxxx he didn’t receive my call, didn’t respond my messages already I have mailed to that company also .The mail is not delivered in the mail support[@]opticssunglasses.com mentioned in their website, so there is a option in their website for return and exchange, In that I have filled the details also.
