I ordered a laptop during Big Billion Sales with the exchange of the old laptop. The delivery guys were not technicians and couldn’t verify my old laptop after 2 attempts.
After repeated talks with the Flipkart customer care executive, they said they will send a technician and again the same delivery agent was assigned for the delivery who denied delivering the product, and later the order was canceled and the reason mentioned was the item couldn’t be delivered even after 3 attempts which is a false claim as they came twice and could not deliver the product as they were not smart enough to verify my old laptop.
And now the price of the new laptop is increased by 19000 if I want to re order the same laptop

Today I also faced a similar issue. I ordered Realme GT master as exchange price was good. 2 wish master came both insisted me to wait for 1 more day or pay the increased price after 2 days Flipkart canclled my order without informing me. I think they are doing this on purpose.
