Order not dispatched and no response from the sellers. I ordered 2 silicon bands worth 2600/- + shipping charges were paid online on 16th of February, 2018 at omwearlifestyle.com.. No product dispatched.. No tracking no. given.. No one is picking my phone or answering to my emails.. I am clueless.. What do I do?

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Subsequently, due to some personal issues he cancelled the booking. MMT informed that they he would get a refund of Rs.25,786 after deductions. However he got only Rs.7,016/-.
