Dress ordered from Vasthralayaa boutique online through instagram not delivered and no proper contact

Value: 3480. I ordered a dress from Vasthralaya boutique (https[:]//www.instagram.com/vasthralayaa/?hl=en) in September 2023 by paying full amount of 3480 to the bank account of Cxxxxa RS (Acc No. 39xxxxxxxxx2, SBI Thattathumala). While contacting them over phone, they do not pick the call nor answer the messages. I would like to have a refund of the same and prevent them causing same issues to others as well. Please do the needful

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
