Order not placed on Flipkart but money deducted

I have ordered a phone on Flipkart on 18/04/18 using state bank of India net banking. My amount of 13999 has been deducted from bank but order placing failed and flipkart is not returning my money. I placed again an order this time successfully placed. For one order flipkart charged the amount of two and not refunding the money of failed order.
