I ordered a 3 product from mamaearth website. My order was prepaid. Their delivery service partner is Shiprocket. They use a special identification for their delivery package. I ordered my item from mamaearth on 3rd August 2019 . Shiprocket gave me delivery successful msg on 10th aug. But I never got the delivery. When I call to enquire they asked me their package identifier. When I type my identifier, they gave me an invalid msg. I also emailed them but there wad no reply from them. Most surprisingly they also didn’t call me verify that if it was me who was receiving the package

I ordered 3 product from mamaearth website. The order was prepaid. I ordered on 1st july 2020 and they give me delivery successful msg on 7th july. But i never got any product. I did everything like msg ,calls and mails but didn’t get any reply. They didnt call me to verify if is the person me who receive the product. Very disappointed. Too careless. Is it your royal service? Is it the way u treat your customer. It costs me 1500rs.
I ordered 3 products from mamaearth website. They deducted my money and didn’t give any information about my product that my product is confirmed nor not. When i contact them they give me silly excuse about technical issue. They are unable to resolve my problem I was shocked what kind of services they are provide to their customers shamles people my product worth rs 1300
Recently i order vitamin c night mask + bye bye blemish cream.after delivery when i opened my package their was only face mask and cream was missing.
What can i do now will they accept my complaint?

I ordered two mamaearth products from cashkaro app ,,one was ubtan ultra light gel and other was ubtan foaming face wash….it was wednesday offer buy two and pay one…i paid rs 379 for both the products order wss plcaed and today i recieved only ubtan ultra light gel and while tracking order its showing both the products are delivered..how is this possible? Whom to contact ..i emailed them as well as tried tk call but no response from them
I ordered 14/1/2022 two mamaearth products from mamaearth app. mamaearth babysoap or mamaearth onion hair oil but baby soaps or delivery 19/1/2022. hair oil or not received delivery delay sorry from late massage came. suddenly delivery message came 22/1/2022.but I am not received hair oil. delivery boy not given bill.

Order 4prodcut 10 days back address mentioned is of rusrapur263153 and packet reached at haldwani 263139.courier boy called and ask me that your address is of haldwani I cannot deliver pls provide OTP the packet will be routed to your correct address but after few weeks I check in mamaearth site they have initiated refund without even informing me ,no one called up .daily they are sending discount mails but this time no response .even i lodged complaint twice but no respond. Customer care number is not working. What’s the service pathetic I need call and order urgently.

It has been more than 10 days i have not received my order yet…if If you don’t want to give me producer then cancel my order and refund my money
My products is missing. I ordered buy one get free offers in two products but they delivered in only one item only. One item is missing
I have ordered from mamaearth app and paid the amount prepaid only . But after some days it automatically showed order delivered but I didn’t get my order and even didn’t get a single cal from courier service. I tried to contact several ways but there is no actual customer support to their website and they replied with the same mail all the time. This is a fraud website.
Recently on jan 1st 2024 I order mamaeart produt cost 1300..i paid amout prepaid.. After two weeks it automatically showed order delivered but I didn’t get my order end even didn’t got any call from delivery service… How many times I have tried to contact customer service but I think such thing not exist.. Even they don’t reply anything that makes angry… Are u kidding the people by making such money.. Worst website
