Order not received from Shopkaart.com

I have a placed an mobile Real me X  in shopkaart(.)com on 24th July. It costs Rs 16000/- and i have made the payment via phone Pe. I got the message of order and the product will be delivered in 3-5 days. After 2 days i called their toll free number 1800 103 0228 to ask about the dispatch date and delivery. They said it will take 3-5 days to dispatch from ware house and will be delivered in 2 days. After 5 days i called again to their toll free number and they said Saturday and Sunday will be holiday and the product will be dispatched from warehouse and delivered with in 2 days. I didn’t even get the delivery details after 2 days also. Again i called and they said the same reason. Finally they said on Monday (5th august) you will get the delivery details. I called them yesterday at 10am they said in 2 hours the product is handover to the delivery. But I didn’t get the delivery details till the evening. I called them in the evening at 5pm it doesn’t connect to them. I tried again calling to their toll free number but no use. I can’t connect the call to them. What should I say now? I tried calling them today also but same result. Please help me in getting my money back. Please sir..
