I am a loyal customer of Myntra. I purchased a Vishudh Kurta one month back but the same has not been delivered till date. I thought of revisiting the Myntra website yesterday but I was shocked to see the status as delivered on 30.10.2019. I did not get any call or message or e-mail from Myntra regarding the delivery of product. I called Myntra and asked for help in this case but they refused to help saying that it has been a 20 days old issue. They also produced to me a fake slip bearing my initial saying that it had been signed while receiving the product. I request your kind help in this regard.
