Over charge by Uber cab service

I booked an uber cab from TVS Nagar cbe to Pattanam, cbe. I was shown a ride estimate of s. 310. There was traffic during the journey and had to wait for about 15 mins in a particular signal. But after reaching the destination the bill amount was Rs. 615. There is no point to increase the price twice as shown in the estimate. This is not the first time uber over charges. This is been happening repeatedly. There is no trip code as such in the app.
