Uber sent me an email for Uber pass which is valid till 30th July 2017, the fare of Rs99 for trips under 8 Kms. When i booked the trip it asked me to confirm the fare of Rs99 which I did. On reaching my destination i was billed for Rs216 On sending them a complaint email they responded vaguely stating the scheme is over and then changed the story by saying the scheme is valid from 10am to 6pm.

I get promotion codes through message from uber. But it’s not working when I am applying such code. Why are you making us fool.
I had taken a Uber ride on 3rd July ’17. The estimate fare was Rs. 108 which was okayed by me. But on completion of my ride the final fare was Rs. 230 which was more than a double. I made a payment of Rs. 230 vide their receipt no. DDRWYJHV-03-2017-0001019. When I lodged a complaint, they replied as when it was increased as per their dynamic pricing algorithm calculations. I asked for the details of same but they haven’t provided details. I want a rund of Rs. 112 as per agreed rate Rs. 108 by us.
I travelled on 29th Jul 17 using uber pool in early morning hrs it showed 29Rs, after reaching destination driver said it’s 82 Rs.But my mobile app showed to pay 29Rs but bill in my mailbox says it’s 82Rs just for traveling 2.2 km
Even after sending 2 mails there is no response from UBER..
The company is looting people silently
