Overseas order not delivered by courier company

Sir as I have purchased some of products from London and now they have sent that in private courier company called maxlink logistics services courier company ….and my products r still did not reach me …they have giving the track number 1499758999 and if I track it it is showing the products r on hold …and now we should pay the customs ….so now I don’t know what to do please guide me

Complaint against Hindustan Lever Pureit. Mr. Rupendrasinh Parmar of Narmada, Gujarat (Email: kaalirupen(at)yahoo.co.in) had lodged a complaint on 01-03-2010 regarding servicing of his defective Pureit. ICF had submitted the complaint to Hindustan Lever and the same was resolved on 02-03-2010.

Refund from Homeshop18 – Rs.380/- : Manash Nath of Shillong, MEGHALAYA placed an order with Homeshop18 on 19-10-2014 but he neither got the product nor the money. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.1,847/- : Shabeer Ali of Malappuram Dist, Kerala 676122 had purchased items from Snapdeal on 11-11-2014 and then cancelled some items later. He however did not get refund and Snapdeal was giving false assurances. Customer posted his complaint with ICF on 21-01-2015 and got his money back by 23-01-2015. Voltas AC unit replaced: Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai.
