I am writing to follow up on my booking at Oyo SilverKey Golden Cliff in Mumbai.
It was one of the worst hotel experiences ever, and customer service has been even more worse! I have been constantly trying to get in touch with oyo team via email, call, app, twitter and even whatsapp care but still there is no resolution.In my 5 nights of stay, there was NO water in the bathroom, and the hotel is still under construction and only the ground floor was fit for stay. There was paint smell everywhere.
No A/c in the room and no windows or ventilation, it was suffocating to stay there
No proper complimentary breakfast was provided, always cold and stale bread
Security was absolutely 0, there was no hotel manager or front desk executive. Everything was run by normal boys with no uniform or credentials.
Disturbance every night, and i kept getting calls and people banging on the doors to let them inside.
Pictures shown online of the rooms are completely different to what is given in reality, room conditions were horrible and pathetic, no clean linen and always dirty and smelling bad!
When i tried contacting the hotel manager, he said he was out of station and then begged me not to complain and after that switched off his cellphone!
I want a full refund of the INR 11,093 that i have paid, such a pathetic experience i have never ever gone through. If i fail to be compensated for this, i will file a case in the consumer court and escalate this on social media and personally involve their CEO Ritesh Agarwal on this as even he seems to not be bothered about the falling standards of oyo services and has failed to respond to my numerous grievances.
I hope to receive compensation by the consumer court and get help in getting my money back
