Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.3,000/- : Chedoma Bhutia, Gangtok 737101, Sikkim ordered a makeup product for Rs.3000 against COD through snapdeal. The product received by her was of Rs.500/-. She was unable to contact customer care, hence I contact the seller address given on the parcel. The seller said amount will be refunded one the parcel is received back. Even after three months he did not get delivery of the products.
