PAN card not delivered by Velex couriers

My Pan card is dispatched on 20th July by NSDL through velex courier service but it not be delivered yet and showing the address is incorrect and the delivery boy not contact me for any problems. My Pan card AWB no.-23311081398. And than velex service send me message and said that for contacting but the number was provided by velex is not valid . Please solve this issue.

    Kindly DM your PAN / application acknowledgement / Token number or other transaction details or write us customerservice@nsdl.co.in to check and resolve your concern.
