Pan card not delivered to me. Pick up date for my pan card by Velex was 21.08.2022 but still as on date 23.09.2022 I have not received my pan card after coming a phone call by some agent they said we are not able to give a pan card on your proper address but when I checked on velex tracking on 05.09.2022 it was showing out of service area , kindly look into it

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. My Pan card has been delivered on 15th May 2019 by Velex Logistics PVT. LTD. video airways bill no. 23307256874 bit still I have not received the PAN CARD.
