Regarding worst courier service. My newly generated PAN card was dispatched by NSDL through Velex Logistic pvt. ltd. courier service on 17th April. They couldn’t deliver it yet and mentioning in status that address is incorrect. However I receive all my posts on this address. The contact number of concerned branch is also fake provide by the company. According to me they actually want me to receive my courier from the branch itself. Please take necessary action against the company. My courier Awb. No. is 23301148697.

Velex courier service seems fake.
23310940633 this is my Velex logistics AWB number. Delivery person didn’t make any phone call to me and mark status as incorrect address.
Worst service. Given Wrong phone number on internet. Not picking the phone calls.
