PAN card not delivered by Velex Logistic couriers

Regarding worst courier service. My newly generated PAN card was dispatched by NSDL through Velex Logistic pvt. ltd. courier service on 17th April. They couldn’t deliver it yet and mentioning in status that address is incorrect. However I receive all my posts on this address. The contact number of concerned branch is also fake provide by the company. According to me they actually want me to receive my courier from the branch itself. Please take necessary action against the company. My courier Awb. No. is 23301148697.

    I have applied for correction in my Pan Card bearing No AOJPB6968B on 15 Sep 20. The NSDL give responsibility for despatching the pan card to Velex logistics pvt ltd coy and card booked on 21 Sep 20. The coy has to failed for delivery of the item in due time.

  2. My pancard despatch nsdl through velex courier AWB no 23311100424 is not recieved by me.in the website it is showing as delivered but actually it is not delivered till date .

  4. I applied my pan card and nsdl has choosen velex courier for delivering the pan card and the courier boy was so rude and he didn’t delivery the package so please help me to get the package

    NSDL has booked a cover to me on 15/102020, through VELEX LOGISTICS PVT .LTD under booking no.23312673777, to deliver to me at Guntur (A.P).But till date they have not delivered the cover.In Guntur I can not locate their office, as they have shifted their office to three places , within 2 months.So I request the nsdl to send my PAN CARD BY REG.POST.Or I am requesting the VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD TO DELIVER MY COVER IMMEDIATELY .

    Majority of the people haven’t receive their PAN CARD which is needed to be delivered by VELEX CORRIER PVT LTD.. on tracking it is showing that it has been delivered .but how it can be done without even contacting us ..
    Please INDIA CONSUMER FORUM help everyone facing these problem…
    Take a strict action against them..
    How they can be so irresponsible..?

    My pan card was delivered by velex logistics pvt ltd vide airway bill no.23310981328 from pan card department but still my pan card not delivered by the velex pvt ltd. Customer care service mob no. Shows not reachable or not in service. How can I check my pan card status. Tracker service shows id no not correct.
    Plz do the needful action.

    MY PAN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BY VELEX LOGISTICS(AWB NO. 23313153524).
    I TRACKED IT ON THEIR WEBSITE(KERRY INDEV),IT IS SHOWING THAT MY PAN CARD HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO SOME RANDOM PERSON
    I TRIED TO REACH THEM BY CONTACTING THROUGH CONTACT NO. AND MAIL ID.
    I DIDN,T HEARD BACK FROM THEM TILL NOW.

    I have not received my Pancard courier vent via VELEX courier. When I tried tracking, it is displaying as TIME CONSTRAINT. I am waiting for more than a month. I am ok to collect it from the branch office but I am not able to locate any office and when called customer care they have not shared any location details. The contact details shared by the customer care confirmed that they were not in this courier business anymore. I am trying to reach again to customer care for the past week or so but no response to calls and even emails.

    I request to take necessary action against the courier and do the needful.

    NOTE: website is redirecting to Kerry and there is no response at all.

    My Pan Card was dispatched via Velex logistics via AWB 23312354378. It shows it was delivered however I have not received the same. Request NSDL not to use their services to dispatch such important documents.

    Velex Logistics pvt ltd don’t have a branch at all in Hosur, Krishnagiri district , Tamilnadu however they have Provided their address as 3/604, Bharathi nagar , Arasanatty , Hosur in Internet. When I visited that address a old woman reside there. My AWB no :23313642334. Its very unfortunate that concerned authority send our document with such irresponsible courier company.

    I was supposed to get my Pan card today by Velex now its showing ur address is incomplete, how can a courier service accept courier with incomplete address now when I am calling the delivery guy, his mobile is switched off. Please NSDL work on ur courier contract given to Velex, this is an important document which one needs. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

    Same wrong address message they sent me and the contact number given on the message is invalid . Such bad service .
