I was parcel a MI NOTE 4 MOBILE PHONE COST OF Rs.13,500 THROUGH DTDC COURIER SERVICE ON 14 the of June 2017 from M/s Balaji Associates, Shop No- 27/4, Laxmi NAGAR Shopping centre.Near SBI ATM, Hatwara Road, Jaipur, 302006. To Apurba Bordoloi, Morigaon Assam,782105. But the parcel was not reached the destination till 15 days after parcel. However I have informed the same to owner of DTDC centre he told me that parcel is lost from DTDC I am raised a claim. Within 15 to 20 days you will getting your refund. But still I have not getting any refund amount from DTDC Centre.
It’s my humble request to you please do the Justice with me and provide my refund amount RS.13,500.
