I am a coral card holder, i was entitled to 1000 Payback points, when I had called up the icici care in Oct they told that wait till Dec you will get it automatically. No few days back i again called them up they told that sorry you should have claimed your payback points within 60 days of your account creation. Why am I being misleaded by the customer service? Every different guy tells a different story for my problem. Then I was told that wait we are transferring the call to our senior, then I was kept on hold for 30 minutes??!! Is this how you treat your customers who confide so much in you?? ICICI has caused a lot of problems to me due to their customer service, I want a solution to my issue ASAP
