Payment got deducted from the account but no order confirmation. Value: 678

I have ordered a plant on nursery live .com and everything got confirmed but when i paid the amount from the account it got deducted but i got no confirmation from the website my order part was showing blank ???? when i told the expert support i am getting no valid response please i have attached a valid proof of payment that i have paid to their account gateway SIMPL but i got a response that they can’t find my order then how does my money got deducted

The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
