Paytm changes profile details without authorisation

Installed paytm app after sometime When I go to profile section they changed my name and date of birth details
I haven’t changed these details they are there by itself. And there is no option to edit these details
My paytm account no is 9xxxxxxxx5. I can’t even update aadhar and pan card details

I have got refunds in paytm bank but i can’t get this bcoz i haven’t updated kyc. There is no customer Helpline
On Helpline mo they gave us there is only complaint about lost mobile nothing else. They don’t responds on email or making complain on app. Plz help me
