I have ordered the Miara AJ Leather 30000 mAh Portable Power Bank from Paytm mall, online by paying amount Rs 449 online on 1st Feb 2021, and i received the product faulty product on 5th Feb 2021, with different colour and non working Power Bank. I requested the replacement of the product on the same day 5th Feb 2021 on 8.46 pm.
But instead of the replacement , they have just messaging me the we have registered your complaint for ticket no 182563050.
Since following up for last 10 days, they mentioned that you have not shared the required details within given time frame, our seller will not coordinate in investigating this issue, hence they would not be able to process the request.
So now what should i do with that faulty product, Paytm team has not called me atleast a single time, also not providing the email details, where i can escalate the issue.

Is it solved?
I have not been received any update from Paytm, or any call from them. Also what solution has been provided from india consumer forum.
If you can prove your complaint then you need to file a consumer case at your end for full refund and compensation.
