Policybazaar not changing payment tenure

Complaint again Policybazaar.com for no resolution to my issue. Disappointed with service post purchasing policy on 15th June 2024 through agent Sxxxxr. Initially opted for 15-year payment, requested 50 years via care[@]policybazaar on 16th June as advised, but no response. Follow-ups revealed change not possible due to non-registered email in their no response. Need prompt action. The company can not bound me

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
