Poor 4G connection from JIO

It has been observed that Jio didn’t providing actual 4G service for internet using(since last six months). After purchasing my Jio kit I never been served by 4G service and my total recharge value is INR 1197 (399*3=1197). Now I am also not getting 4G service as well as better network service(for incoming and outgoing voice and video calls). Hence it is very clear that I am not getting what I am paying for and it is a lack of service issue.
And also aside I just want to shift another better 4G service provider and therefore you are requested to refund my value.

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
