Poor customer support from AJIO, return refused, account blocked

I place an order on ajio on 1st July 2022. I received the product on 3rd July 2022. I ordered an exchange. On 5th July 2022, the delivery agent got my exchanged product, I did not accept it and returned the product. Ever since, Ajio has blocked my account and is not ready to process refund. I am so livid and disappointed. Pathetic service. I’ve reached out to customer care from every possible way, to no avail.
