I bought jiowifi device with six month validity for Rs 1999 on Nov 28th. From day 1 the sim with mobile num 6xxxxxxxxxx8 was not working. I went to reliance digital, Kachiguda branch, Hyd where I bought they device. The person named Mxxxxh asked me to go jio centre for resolution. Later i went jio centre and met Pxxxa at Kavadiguda brach and they asked to wait fpr 24 hrs for resolution. Later they called and informed me that to call customer care and register the complaint. I call customer care and ask to register the complaint but he denied saying the sim was not recharged and ask to meet again reliance digital person.
The problem now completed one cycle. What the hell with your service. Why customer is to suffer. Who will give resolution now.
Need resolution in 24 hrs otherwise i will escalate the issue to next level.
