Poor Internet Service Support from GTPL Hathway

This is regarding multiple complaints done regarding GTPL Hathway Limited Broadband frequent outage issue.
Due to same, myself and family member cannot use internet properly since the date of subscription (13-Dec-20).
To get this issue to be resolved, I had called customer service and Appellate Authority many time, but not resolution till date and same scripted reply (we apologies and there is issue with your area) that its.
Sometime technical team come after 48 hours from the date of complaints.
As we paid 5,500 for 12 month subscription in advance, no one bother to here our feedback/ complaint to provide resolution.
After frustration, I ask for refund due to poor service, still no reply from them.
I would strongly suggest not to subscribe any broadband service from GTPL Hathway Limited.
