Poor quality of Airtel network for the past 1 year

This is regarding my multiple complaints of poor quality of network near my area and indoor due to which I’m unable to use internet or a very next to negligible speed on airtel . For the last 1 year I have been complaining on a regular basis but no resolution of my problem is happening and it’s keep on dragging and every time a new complaint is only increasing nothing else .I don’t know if there is a communication failure from my side or if there is an internal problem due to which the issue persists till now

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. She posted her complaint with ICF on 18-05-2014 and after follow-up with Homeshop18 she got replacement by 24-05-2014. Amballa Cantt., Haryana

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. ICF pursued his complaint with MakeMyTrip.com and Mr. Sudheer finally received the refund on 22-03-2010. Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer, Bangalore - 22.03.2010

Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response. Customer poster her complaint with ICF on 14-04-2019 and the matter was taken up with the parties concerned and finally the customer got refund of her money by 23-06-2019. Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum

Free memory card from Mobilestore: NISHIT GAIKWAD, AHMEDNAGAR, MAHARASHTRA (Email: nishitgaikwad16[at]rediffmail.com) had ordered mobile phone ( lava iris 349 ) with online shopping site THE MOBILE STORE order no. 3110395016834. At the time of ordering phone there was an offer of free memory card of 4GB. But when he received the phone there was no memory card along with the phone. Complaint against Big Bazaar for selling adulterated Gopi Ghee: Mr. Shikha Airen of Bangalore (airenshikha(at)yahoo.com) had bought 4 Gopi ghee packets at discounted price on 14-08-2009 from Big Bazaar, Jayanagar, Bangalore and found it to be completely Vanaspati.
