On 15-07-2017, I ordered an combo of Puma backpack and a wallet with Order Number-24137444031. I received the parcel on 24-07-2017. I opened the parcel and was not happy with the build in quality of the Puma Backpack. The prints were not looking genuine so I requested for refund on the same day. Next day i.e. 25-07-2017 a pickup guy came for the pickup. I handed over him the bag and the wallet along with all the tags. The wallet was good but as it was a combo offer so I had to return both. The pickup guy checked the things and gave a slip and went. He said refund will be processed once the parcel reaches back.
On 27-07-2017, I received a mail that said that My return request doesn’t match out quality check guidelines as some of the accessories are missing (I don’t know what as I had given the bag and the wallet both along with the tags which was checked by the guy who came for the pick up,they didn’t mention the accessories specifically) and that they ll return the parcel back to me. I tried to call the Snapdeal customer care number but only computer generated instructions are available and no option to talk to an customer executive. I wrote a mail to them which didn’t got any specific reply. Feeling helpless I called National Consumer Helpline and did a compliant againt it. The docket number given by them is -366397. They told me to write a mail to Snapdeal explaining everything which I did. Today 28-07-2017 again I got a mail stating that my parcel will sent back to me and won’t be getting any refund. I don’t know now what to do. I can’t accept that bag as I am not happy with the quality of it. Writing all this to find some help. I want my money back and not the product.Thank you
