Poor quality products delivered by raipurgift.com

I had placed an online order for 1/5 Kg Chocolate cake for Rs. Rs.649/, one bouquet of flower for Rs. 1642/- and one pack of home made chocolates for Rs. 1189/-. Total Including Delivery Charges they charged me Rs. 3510/-. This is committed for today delivery. What delivered was a smelly cake, shabby bouquet and Chocolate was not delivered at all. When I called the call centre, they are really rude and disconnect the call saying call after half and hour, call after 10 minutes and finally they are saying what is delivered has to be accepted .

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
