I have taken sterling membership 15 days back. While i meet the sale person they offered two domestic holidays free of 3 days two night each and some voucher of thomas cook and 2n/3d sterling complimentry. The executive said he will mail the vouchers on the mail ID. I made a downpayment of 87789. After that I tried to book for holiday at yelegiri resort we mail them and there was no response then i spoke at their toll free number but they said they haven’t received any mail from my end and he said no rooms available not only for yelegiri but also no rooms available at munnar, thekkady, ooty, yercaud. We wanted something around Bangalore but the executive was in a rush he didn’t gave proper response then we called up the guy whom we trusted and took this plan and he said will check and call by afternoon but no call back happened. We mail on Dxxxxe Vxxxxs as we got welcome call from this lady and asked for cancellation but no revert. And suddenly we got reservation at ooty resort these guys had no room at ooty, munnar, yelegiri, yercaud,etc and all of a sudden when we said we have not received voucher and RCI membership details were not provided then they send the complimentary voucher. Now we dont trust on sterling holidays and we want the refund. we have mailed for cancellation and no one is giving the response. We have mailed on feedback[@]sterlingholidays.com and spoken to the cancellation manager he said in two days his executive will call back and since then there was no response.
This people sell the product and they don’t deliver. I have not received and papers yet more over this people have taken my credit card pictures and i am really worried the employees misusing the card informations.
