This complaint is regarding the poor customer service with high customer dissatisfaction by the Radisson Blu Hotels, kaushambi, Delhi NCR, India. I am disappointed by the poor hospitality service provided by the employees of the Hotel, who have gone against what has been committed to me prior to the offer of membership. Being a member i have a benefit to book a Standard Room in the above said Hotel, but they continuously neglected my reservation for the room, and tricked me by narrating stupid stories, one confirms the availability yet the other one simply hang up on me. Such kind of service is a shame on the Hotel Brand name. They dont even have any consumer complaint department or any contact information on their website or anywhere else.
