I am using my number 98xxxxxxx1 for nearly 13 years. Now a days i am facing very poor customer care response in AIRCEL. Many times i have complained about improper n poor coverage in my office n home area, even after repeated complains even at nodel level i am facing same problem again n again. On 1st August i recieved sms stating special offer for me for RC19 sms, pack i will get 50% extra validity so i activated this pack. But i did not get extra validity. Again on 23rd September i recieved similar sms stating 50% extra validity on same RC19 so again i activated Rs19/- pack. Again this time i did not get extra validity. I gave complain to aircel customer care on same day, 2 days back i recieved a sms writen that my problem has been resolved. But when checked i did not get any extra validity. After giving reapeted complains in customer care senior officer assured me to add extra validity but after so many days also i have not been added extra any extra validity. Please take strong action against AIRCEL n i want appropriate compensation for this poor service. Please help me sir.
