Hotel Lake view is not maintaining basics hygiene in rooms being offered to tourists. I have come from Assam with spouse to have a memorable visit but here the hotel room is stinking. Housekeeping guys have apologized for the discomfort but the hotel desk person said it is a basic deluxe room with 2500 ONE tagmark. I have received this hotel confirmation from Mindpopz holidays of Holiday IQ list. It is a serious matter to be looked after. Having such a big name in the Ooty own and arcing such poor rooms are not acceptable. Floor arms to be not cleaned from months.
