I have been struggling for the past 20 days, to get my postpaid connection converted to prepaid. The request with a duly filled in form along with photograph was submitted on 22nd June at the Vodafone store in Warangal (opp LB college). However till date the request is not processed. I’ve been contacting the customer care but they are absolutely of no use. I chatted with customer chat support floor manager Dxxxa, Nxxxxxxa, each time they promised a timeline that wasn’t ever met. The store manager in Warangal was rude and reckless about the issue. As of today I lodged at least four complaints via different customer care support teams of Vodafone, most of them have been closed abruptly. Today, my postpaid connection has also been deactivated, leaving me crippled. I am unable to reach the customer support, neither my prepaid connection has been activated so far. A strict action must be taken specially on the store manager in Warangal and representative Anil Kumar for making false promises of converting the connection in 48 hours.
