I placed a prepaid order on March 27, 2025, from Dabur’s official website for Dabur Erand Tail (Castor Oil) – 100ml. I received a delivery confirmation email, but the product was never delivered. I have not received any call, message, or email from Dabur or the courier partner (DTDC).
Despite multiple emails and follow-ups over the past 5+ days, I have received no response from Dabur’s support team. Their helpline is not working, and there has been zero communication from their side.
I am extremely disappointed with their customer service.
I request an immediate refund for my undelivered order. If not resolved, I will be forced to escalate this legally.
