We have purchased CASIO model SX-104 wrist watch on 23/12/2015 from Time Showroom at thane west. Problem was started from March 2016 to 02 Jun 2017. On the first time repairing was done in showroom, second time, third time and forth time watch was send to manufacturer.
As we faced the problems for four times, we asked for replacement of the watch. Showroom is saying that they will give us a old watch in place of new one. We are ready to buy another watch by paying additional money if required.
Please look into the matter.
