Product from PayTM mall not delivered

I booked a sandals from paytm on paytm mall on 16.08.2018 using netbanking and they message me the detail of that which is delivered on 21.08.2018 by XPRESSBEES COURIER but my product was not delivered on that date. On 22.08.2018 at 12.08 a.m. they send me message that my product is now expected to be delivered on 23.08.2018. But on 23.08.2018 my product was not delivered by XPRESSBEES COURIER. I called the customer care of XPRESSBEES COURIER, they told me that your product is positively delivered within 24hrs. But on 24.08.2018 at 12.10 a.m. they message me that my product is now expected to be delivered on 25.08.2018. When I call their customer care on 24.08.2018 they told me the same words. XPRESSBEES COURIER AWB NO is : 1227184933481 So I request you to kindly take necessary action against them.
