I have ordered one product on 9th sep 2023 and the expected delivery date was on 11th sep 2023, so on 11th sep I got the message that product is out for delivery but the delivery boy didn’t call me so I called him and asked about my product, he mentioned that we are not able to deliver today and gave the expected dat as 14th sep 2023, but on 14th sep 2023, I got the message as I’ve decline to accept the order and I asked them to cancel the order but that didn’t happen, they haven’t reached me by call or message nothing, it got cancelled automatically, I got the refund but the amount they took for pickup which was 149rs. It didn’t get refunded.
Then I again ordered the same product on 17th sep 2023 and expected delivery date mentioned as 20th sep 2023, but till now I’ve not recieved any call from the delivery, when I tried reaching the delivery boy, he mentioned like he will call me back after asking my all details regarding the product. So what should I do, should I wait for the product to get cancelled again, I’m afraid it will be cancelled again.
