I have ordered for a bag costing $53.96 online from Dudes gadget site: https://www.dudesgadget.com.
I had put reminders asking for status of my order and got varied replies.
Reply 1: On September 2 2017 email by James Smith:
“Your shipment was delayed due to a stock issue. They have now been restocked and will be due to shipped out by tomorrow.”
Reply 2: September 8 2017 email by Peter Morgan:
“Your order has in fact been shipped already. They have just yet to be updated in our systems now and our customer service reps are on it right now as we speak. Please be patient and you should receive a notification email together with your tracking ID soon.”
Reply-3 “September 15 2017 email by James Smith:
“Your shipment was delayed due to a stock issue. They have now been restocked and will be due to shipped out by tomorrow.”
I again put a complain today however there is no reply still. I have all their emails. I still retains active login on the site and am trying to followup but i feel i have been filled by the site
I attach the confirmation reciept of order and payment received that i received by Dudes Gadget. I am holding all correspondence too.
