I have ordered on 25 Aug and order was meant to be delivered on 28 Aug, just before rakhi but the ordered failed more than 3 times.
I have reported the issue on 28/08, 29/08, 30/08, 31/08 and after wasting many hours on phone talking to customer care representative – person on call, Supervisor and then manager nothing having happened.
Shameless and preset answers were given “ we are sorry and are working on it” your order will reach give us time till 4 September.
I have never been harassed and frustrated by any such company like Myntra where neither my gift was delivered nor any communication came from them. This is most ridiculous and unprofessional company with undefined and broken processes where they waste customers time and money.
I got the below message after all the wastage of time and follow up from Myntra. Then the money will take 10 days to comes back why? It should not take more than 2 days at max when you have totally wasted time and money of customer.

I would like to Sue this company as they have wasted my professional time in chasing their ridiculous process when they are good for nothing.
I like to get compensation of $1000 a day where I have wasted my time in explaining the lapse and unprofessional attitude to each and every person on call. The product was for my sister who never got the delivery , on top of it has only caused me angst and high blood pressure while dealing with Myntra.
