I have tried contact number of times regarding product not being delivered. Everytime the executive told me there is some issue from nykaa end and not to worry i will get my parcel . I called 5 times same thig was repeated.
When i wrote mail they replied that delivery was attempted no. Of times but it was attempted even once, the executive even told that they have received many complaints regarding this . To cover mistake from their end they me That now i cant get the product because the offer is overlike how can they take money and put blame on customers. This is sick and not expected from nykaa. Infact i didn’t even get reply to my another mail.
I need compensation for this. I tried everything from my end they had internal problem why should we customers face and if you cant fulfil orders why do you take the order. Moreover they are nit even ready to listen to this. Order no – 700577455
