Product ordered on 28 Nov 2021 not delivered by Flipkart

Hi Team, I order some grocery items of amount 1209 on 30th Nov 2021 from Flipkart, and that should be deliver by 2nd Dec 2021, since then I am following continuously they are giving me 48 hr time and every time my issue is deferred and not resolved. here is attached my conversation and escalation to grievance officer.
