Product return not accepted by Flipkart

I purchased baby clothes from flipkart but the size didnt fit so i raised a return request. The next day they sent me a mail that they have cancelled my return request stating i have an “unusual high return request” and that i would no longer be able to use my account.
How can they not accept the return when the products were returnable.They should have mentioned that in their return policies. Everytime i call their cs, they just waste my time saying they will look into it& next day send the same mail of cancelled return. Order id-OD109075299221857000, OD109075233636943000
