Products not recieved from sadabahar essential instagram page

A person took 11350 rs advance from me for some products. Now she has blocked me on instagram and whatssap. Whenever I ask her for updated she does not reply. She has blocked me from calls also . It’s over 1 month with no reply and update on products. She keeps asking for shipping charges which I aslo paid but again no update. Pls take serious action against this lady. Her Instagram page is sadabahar essential.

Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
